Mlungisi Malik Mahlambi
Malik was born in Soweto and completed his matric at Siyamukela High School in 1999. In 2001 he enrolled at Wits University where he was conferred with a BSc Engineering (Mining) degree in 2005. After completing his studies he joined Gold Fields Limited as a graduate trainee. Currently he is employed by CAE Mining as a junior mining systems consultant and serves as a non executive director of mining for Barwa Ba Phaladi Mining and Projects cc.
Malik is currently in a process of starting an agricultural business to advance his entrepreneual aspirations
Samukelisiwe attended SHS from 1995 to 1999 when she matriculated. She went on to obtain a BSc (Geology) degree with Wits University. After completing her undergraduate degree she enrolled with the University of Pretoria where she completed a BSc Honours (Geology) degree. She also holds a GDE (Mining Engineering) from Wits University. She is a Senior Resource Evaluation Geologist at Vale Mining.
Mduduzi was born in Newcastle and attended SHS between 1995 and 1999 where he completed his matric. He obtained a BSc degree in Construction Management and Economics at Wits University in 2005. After completing his studies he joined Murray and Roberts as a graduate trainee and is currently employed as a Project Engineer at Tolltech Consulting.
Sizwe Nkosi matriculated at SHS in 2002 and went on to study at the Engineering Faculty of the University of the Witwatersrand where he obtained a BSc Engineering (Mechanical) degree in 2009. On the 1st of December 2009 he was appointed as an Engineer (Graduate-In-Training) by Transnet Freight Rail: Technology Management as part of the Train Design team under Couplers and Drawgear responsible for safe, sustainable and cost effective application of coupler and drawgear technology in Freight Rail rolling stock.
Adv. Buhle D. Lekokotla
Buhle is from Ladysmith and was a learner at SHS from 1999 to 2003. She studied law at the University of Pretoria from 2004 until 2007 when she obtained her LLB degree. She worked as an attorney at Adams & Adams Attorneys in Pretoria from 2008 to 2010. She got admitted as an advocate of the High Court in 2011 and is a member of the Johannesburg Bar, Sandton. She is currently studying towards a degree in BCom: Economics.
Nqobile was born in Newcastle and matriculated at SHS in 2001. She studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2002 and 2005 where she graduated with a BSc in Computer Science and Information Systems. In 2011 she obtained her BSc Honours in Information Systems with UNISA.
She has been employed by Accenture since 2006 as a graduate to date. Accenture is a global IT consulting and outsourcing firm that prides itself in delivering high performance to its clients around world. She has been part of software implementation (ERP SAP) for multiple clients in different industries including companies such as Chevron, JSE, Brandhouse, SABMiller and Gauteng Shared Service Centre
PRO & marketing Liaison Officer
Lindokuhle Mathebula was born in Soweto and completed grade 12 in 1999 at SHS. Lindokuhle received hisTechnical Diploma in Electrical Engineering (light current) in 2003 from Johannesburg Technical College. He has worked for several companies as a Technician (Exact Mobile, Exia Trading, Fuchs electronics) and is currently working for Nielsen Media Research as a Technical Specialist and Contemporary Architecture Studio as a Project Manager. He is currently studying Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management with Cranfield College and BBA with Milpark Business School. He is a co-founder of Muhle Solutions.
